Material Generators
I used 3 different programs during this assignment.
For the Newsletter, I used Photoshop. Photoshop is one of the first professional programs I learned to use. It is mostly user-friendly; there are some aspects I wish they would change (to accept a change, you need to click the checkmark or press the Enter key). Photoshop is one of my favorites. I will use this program most days for my work. It works well with most of the Adobe Suite.

For the Brochure assignment, I used Illustrator. This program is similar to Photoshop in its basics, but is better suited for graphic design purposes. It is much less user-friendly and can be confusing. I love the vector graphics and how clean the lines look on final projects. I will use this program on a weekly basis. It is an outstanding program overall. I learned that Adobe has brochure templates! Super helpful!
For the Material Generator, I chose Wordwall. I created a wheel game with video and editing vocabulary. It is fun! This is a good learning game that could be used for the RTV class. I learned this is a fun and valuable tool that is user-friendly and made for learning. I would indeed use it again.
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator do not have alt text available in these programs. I had to create PDF documents and open them in Acrobat. From there, I was able to make them accessible, including adding alt text, automatically tag, and change the reading options.
